2022 Feed Stock and Live Animal Price List

Our feed stock is humanely slaughtered, butchered, and processed at one of two USDA certified processors that we trust, and use, for our animal processing.

Selection of which processor is used at any given time is entirely dependent on customer preference, processing options selected by the customer, and processing facility appointment availability. 

 

  • Pork:
    • Whole or half hog: $4.25/lb hanging weight plus processing fees
    • Roaster hog - skin on, approximately 100lb live weight hog, butchered and prepared for whole hog cooking: $800
    • Pig Roast: Roaster hog prepared, cooked, and presented at the time and location of your choosing: $1,500 + $1.50/MapQuest mile
    • Specialty cuts: Prices are dependent on cut, please contact us for current pricing on the desired cut(s).
    • Average hog butcher weight is approximately 275lb hanging weight.
    • Prices may vary due to any custom cutting ordered.

 

  • Lamb/Hogget/Mutton:
    • Lamb is a sheep under a year in age, hogget is a sheep between 1 year and 2 years old, mutton is a sheep that is over 2 years old.
    • Whole lamb: $275.00
    • Whole mutton/hogget: $300.00
    • Processed lamb: $400.00
    • Processed hogget/mutton: $475.00
    • Specialty cuts: Prices are dependent on cut, please contact us for current pricing on the desired cut(s).
    • Average lamb hanging weight is approximately 30lb. Average mutton hanging weight is approximately 55lb.
    • Prices may vary due to any custom cutting ordered.

 

  • Standard Processing:
    • All standard cuts, including chops, ribs, roasts, steaks, etc.
    • Pork standard options
      • Ham: whole or split
      • Ham steaks: 1/4" - 1" options - 6 provided at no additional charge
      • Cured and Smoked Bacon options: Belly and jowl
      • Uncured Belly (side pork)
      • Hocks: Smoked or natural

 

  • Processing Extras:
    • Brats - 6lb minimum
    • Breakfast sausage
      • Loose - 6lb minimum
      • Link - 6lb minimum
    • Smoked neck bones
    • Additional ham steaks
    • Shoulder bacon

 

  • Live Animal Sales:
    • Feeder pig (barrow only): $200
    • Breeding Quality Boar: $500
    • Breeding Quality Gilt: $500
    • Jacob Ram: $225
    • Jacob Ewe: $225
    • Jacob Ewe (bred): $300

 

  • Miscellaneous Products, Services, and Fees:
    • Live animal delivery: $2.75/MapQuest Mile after 30 miles
    • Processed meat delivery: $2.25/MapQuest Mile after 30 miles
    • Tanned Large Black Hog leather: Call for pricing
    • Tanned Jacob Sheep pelt: $200
    • Jacob Ram Skull: $200
    • Jacob Ewe Skull: $150
    • Jacob Sheep raw wool (unskirted/unwashed, condition as sheared off the sheep): Call for pricing

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on all live animal sales at the time of order.

A $400 non-refundable deposit, per carcass, is required to accompany any order for a whole/half processed hog at time of order.

A $500 non-refundable deposit, per carcass, is required to accompany any order for any roaster hogs at time of order.

 A $100 non-refundable deposit, per carcass, is required to accompany any order for processed lamb/mutton at time of order.

Shipping charges, if required, will be calculated and added to the total at the time of order finalization.

 

Due to constantly fluctuating fuel and feed costs, prices are subject to change at any time, we will be happy to verify pricing when an order or inquiry is received.
