2024 Feed Stock and Live Animal Price List

 

Our feed stock is humanely slaughtered, butchered, and processed at a USDA certified processor that we trust, and use, for our personal animal processing.

 

 

  • Pork:
    • Whole or half hog: $4.75/lb hanging weight plus processing fees
    • Roaster hog - skin on, approximately 100lb live weight hog, butchered and prepared for whole hog cooking: $800
    • Pig Roast: Roaster hog prepared, cooked, and presented at the time and location of your choosing: $1,500 + $3.00/mile
    • Specialty cuts: Prices are dependent on cut, please contact us for current pricing on the desired cut(s).
    • Average hog butcher weight is approximately 250lb hanging weight.
    • Prices may vary due to any custom cutting ordered.

 

  • Lamb/Hogget/Mutton:
    • Lamb is a sheep under a year in age, hogget is a sheep between 1 year and 2 years old, mutton is a sheep that is over 2 years old.
    • Whole lamb: $300.00
    • Whole mutton/hogget: $350.00
    • Processed lamb: $500.00
    • Processed hogget/mutton: $550.00
    • Specialty cuts: Prices are dependent on cut, please contact us for current pricing on the desired cut(s).
    • Average lamb hanging weight is approximately 30lb. Average mutton hanging weight is approximately 55lb.
    • Prices may vary due to any custom cutting ordered.

 

  • Standard Processing Options:
    • All standard cuts, including chops, ribs, roasts, steaks, etc.

      • Ham: whole or split
      • Ham steaks: 1/4" - 1" options - 6 provided at no additional charge
      • Cured and Smoked Bacon options: Belly and jowl
      • Uncured Belly (side pork)
      • Hocks: Smoked or natural

 

  • Processing Extras:
    • Brats - 6lb minimum
    • Breakfast sausage
      • Loose - 6lb minimum
      • Link - 6lb minimum

  • Live Animal Sales:
    • Feeder pig (barrow only): $200
    • Breeding Quality Boar: $500
    • Breeding Quality Gilt: $500
    • Jacob Ram: $250
    • Jacob Ewe: $250
    • Jacob Ewe (bred): $400

 

  • Miscellaneous Products, Services, and Fees:
    • Live animal delivery: $4.00/mile after 30 miles
    • Processed meat delivery: $3.00/mile after 30 miles
    • Tanned Large Black Hog leather: Call for pricing
    • Tanned Jacob Sheep pelt: $275
    • Jacob Ram Skull: $250
    • Jacob Ewe Skull: $200
    • Jacob Sheep raw wool (unskirted/unwashed, condition as sheared off the sheep): Call for pricing

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on all live animal sales at the time of order.
  • A $400 non-refundable deposit, per carcass, is required to accompany any order for a whole/half processed hog at time of order.
  • A $600 non-refundable deposit, per carcass, is required to accompany any order for any roaster hogs at time of order.
  •  A $100 non-refundable deposit, per carcass, is required to accompany any order for processed lamb/mutton at time of order.
  • Shipping charges, if required, will be calculated and added to the total at the time of order finalization.
  • Customer selected processor is an option that we're happy to accommodate. It is the customer's  responsibility to coordinate the drop off date with the processor and ourselves. There will be a $5.00/mile charge that must be paid at the time of order placement, along with any applicable non-refundable deposit. 

 

Due to constant, and rapid, fuel and feed cost fluctuations; prices can, and are, subject to change at any time. We will be happy to verify pricing when an order or inquiry is received.
